“I am unable to connect to my account after creating it.”
You probably received the account activation email in your spam/junk box;
Verify and click on the link described in the email to activate.
“I am unable to download my purchases, where can I access them?”
You need to be connected in order to access the purchased standards;
Click on the top right button "View Your Cart" to access the client area.
