Introduction:

Application is hereby made for Charter Membership in the Pipe Fabrication Institute. To be eligible applicant must be signatory to a valid UA National Minimum Standard Agreement for a Commercial Pipe Fabrication Shop and the Agreement for Use of UA Yellow Label. Charter Membership includes voting rights and eligibility to serve on the PFI Board of Directors and all committees. If this application is accepted, applicant agrees to comply with the PFI By-Laws.

Contractor Application Form

Introduction:

Application is hereby made for Associate Membership in the Pipe Fabrication Institute. This classification is for those companies/persons that do not provide shop fabricated piping, but, have an association with the industry, i.e., vendors, consultants, engineers and end users. If this application is accepted, applicant agrees to comply with the PFI By-Laws.

Associate Application Form

Introduction:

Application is hereby made for Affiliate Membership in the Pipe Fabrication Institute. This classification is for those companies/persons that do not provide shop fabricated piping, but, want to participate in the development and writing of new or improved industry-wide PFI Standards and Technical Bulletins. If this application is accepted, applicant agrees to comply with the PFI By-Laws.
